Manage your account and data deletion requests
We're sorry to see you go! Before you proceed with deleting your Gyanpith account, please consider the following important information:
β° Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, learning progress, or any associated data.
β οΈ Premium Subscriptions: If you have an active premium subscription, deleting your account will not automatically cancel or refund your subscription. Please cancel your subscription first through the app settings or contact support.
If you're concerned about privacy, notifications, or other issues, you might want to consider these alternatives before deleting your account:
Turn off push notifications in Settings β Notifications
Control what data is shared in Settings β Privacy
Simply uninstall the app and return when ready

You can delete your Gyanpith account in two ways:
Launch the Gyanpith app on your mobile device
Navigate to your Profile screen from the bottom navigation
Tap on the Settings icon (βοΈ) in the top-right corner
Scroll down to "Account" section
Tap "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation steps
β±οΈ Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated but can still be recovered if you change your mind. After 30 days, deletion becomes permanent.
If you're unable to access the app, you can submit a deletion request using the form below. We'll verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
After you delete your account, some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:
All retained data is stored securely and is never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties except as required by law.
If you change your mind within 30 days of requesting deletion, you can reactivate your account:
Note: After 30 days, reactivation is not possible. You'll need to create a new account and start fresh.
